Best Soup Award Winner - Tuscan Potato Soup
Business was brisk at the Tuscany Booth
The "chefs" wore hats featuring each of the three major NPPL Foundation Fundraisers
Mayor Kaschke sampled soups from each booth and it was "hard to pick just one."
Traci McKeon contributed the recipe.
Serving chefs were Cecelia Lawrence, Daisy Toft, and Claire Nicholas;
all members of the NPPL Foundation Board.
